We also clear garages, lofts, office spaces, hotels and commercial buildings. If requested, we can also clean the property to help improve its selling appeal, rental opportunity or its overall appearance.

Our service is environmentally friendly and we are fully licensed to carry waste. We use recycling sites and send re-usable waste such as bedding and clothing to charity and animal care centres.
We hold full public liability insurance and we are fully registered with the Environment Agency.
We can work with your Solicitor, Estate Agent or neighbour. We can collect keys and don’t require you to have to be at the property if you are unable to be there due to other commitments. Whatever is most convenient for you is convenient for us.
We use large vehicles and can guarantee that the clearance will be undertaken in the timeframe that we specify.
Each customer is supplied with their own invoice that contains all our business details on completion of the clearance.
Our experienced staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Above all else, they are extremely professional, thanks to our own training programme. Please note that we never use sub-contractors to undertake our work.
